Due to a system glitch that is not yet corrected, please note that if your language proficiency provider is also a recommendation provider, you must choose one of the following options:
1) Enter the professor's name as both a recommendation and language proficiency provider, but provide TWO SEPARATE EMAIL ADDRESSES for this person (the system is not currently accepting duplicate emails). 
2) Enter the professor's name as both a recommendation and language proficiency  provider, but provide ACLI@STONYBROOK.EDU as the email address for the language proficiency form. Provide the language proficiency form directly to your professor, and have him or her submit it to us via email.
